Not sure on that one, I've only ever ordered downloads off Bandcamp.
Generally I've ordered bits and pieces of vinyl online, I'm sure some of it has come from overseas (being as it is predominantly U.S. artists I've ordered) and it's usually pretty well packaged.
I've, touch wood, never had anything arrive damaged thus far.
