Oh, while not particularly artistic Bob Seger wise, this almost 51 year old male gets no end of entertainment from watching a video mashup featuring Risky Business (aka still cool) vintage Tom Cruise, ALF, and Heidi Klum...
I've been on a real Bob Seger kick recently. Listening to whole albums rather than the surface stuff / hits I've been familiar with for so long.
Album wise, I can't believe Stranger In Town didn't become one of those 70's mega hit albums commercially in the way of Rumours, Hotel California etc. And from the early 80's, The Distance has really blown my mind. Great record.
His two best records. Seger never seemed to get the recognition he deserved. Stranger In Town was huge, went platinum in weeks and I don't think there's a track on it that didn't get radio play, but no one ever talks about the record. I never see it on any lists.

Not familiar with the earlier stuff ....I read a lot of it is out of print ?
One ( or actually 3 ) More ....This rocks hard
Wow ....Bob Seger .....ENJ style
I'm ashamed to say I knew of Bob Seger before I knew of Bruce. But man, I made up for that!
However, when they appeared together, as in the above clip, I thought regrettably Bob hadn't aged well.
Still listen to the old records (vinyl, not CD, because that's how old most of them are)
One of my fave Seger songs... Happy Birthday!
