RIP Tina. I am so grateful I got to see this incredible lady on stage in 1996 on an amazing tour. I still relive parts of that show to this day. Every man woman and child in that stadium was eating out of the palm of her perfect hand.
River Deep, Mountain High is one of the first songs I fell in love with as a teenager, obviously now tinged with the brute of a husband, but she was one hell of a singer.
I remember my son refusing to believe she was older than me when he was a little 'un!
Well she might have been Queen...

RIP Tina..a great performer who brought joy to many....BUT
Latterly "Simply The Best" just could not be listened to...bit like God Save The Queen it just had to be muted whenever it came on.

Sad news.
Had a helluva lot of travails in her life but produced some kick-ass tunes
