I know it’s only a couple shows in…but it looks like Bruce is taking another step to being like his ‘peers’ and deploying a static set list. That might piss off the rich fans that shelled out $$$$ for multiple shows…lol
I think it's too soon to worry about this after only three shows. Several other tours previously have been fairly static in their early shows while the band regained their performance legs. This is accentuated this time by both the band members ages and the fact they are coming off a performing break that is second in length only to the pre-reunion one.
If we get to a dozen shows in with little change, then a discussion on this may start in earnest. The setlist structure to me looks like it's designed with slots where rotation could occur... the Candy's Room and She's The One positions, for example. Any more aggressive rocker (e.g. Lucky Town, Jackson Cage etc.) could come in for Candy and any one of his party rockers (Caddy Ranch, Ramrod etc) could sub for She's without having any effect on the flow or narrative he's trying for here. And I expect some basic switches like that aren't too far away.
My post was mostly tongue in cheek…I expect Bruce will shake things up as the tour progresses. But if it remains close to this with just a couple changes here and there, it’ll be another huge disappointment.
For me, a big part of the joy was not knowing what may come next. Even setlist ‘watching would become boring.

Thank you for doing this - it saves me ploughing through several pages on GL! For a moment there I thought we had lost Kitty 😁 but then I looked again and found we hadn't 😒
