I've got front standing for Villa Park, at the original price so I'm luckier than most and I am no longer very excited about this. So sad the pit queue has been sacrificed to Mammon. It just won't be the same now. Would love to meet up with old friends if anyone else going.
I'm not fussed about front row, done that, will be happy with a bit of breathing space at the back. My only fear is that greed will inflate the front standing to half the pitch.
When you went into the front standing option, which we both got at £155, you were told none were found. Go down another couple of lines and that’s were you could access the front standing at £442, no frills. In essence the same ticket but 3 times the price. Platinum is further down at the bottom.
Correct, same algorithms I guess.
They really are a shower of *#&%s.
Isn’t this what’s known as price gouging? Whatever it is it’s obscene, and any artist who’s endorsing it needs to take a long hard look at themselves.
If it’s truly dynamic then as folks walk away in disgust the price should surely plummet? May be a bit risky, but cheap tickets might be more readily available in the weeks before the shows? Downside would be accommodation & travel costs I suppose.
In concert with the whole raft of ‘pre-sale’ offers and, in the US, supposed ‘fan verification’, this has been an absolute shit-show. Never seen such a ticketing mess before. If someone who managed to get all his tickets at launch price, and in gold circle bar one, is really pissed off to see the fan base being treated like this, what must those who weren’t so lucky be feeling?
How’s about everyone in the pit/gold circle/front stage standing areas replaces the Broooooce routine with a ‘fuck Ticketbastard’ chant?
Showing front standing at £155, but when I went in to select none available. The £442 standing tickets were down front, and available for selection. Not reached the levels of US arenas, but still pretty sick inducing.

Here’s the image of the previous screen:

Good to see Amy Lofgren say it as it is.
Aye, but I'm sure they call them that ....or something similar.
I saw a spiel someplace about how the price was set by market demands in the same fashion as flights and hotels.
It's fucking scandalous it really is.
Naw, just your regular front of stage standing.
@walkerinthesun These are the "Platinum tickets"?
I think this should be illegal, I genuinely do.
But it's the "free market" which our fucking scum political leaders adore, so n a cat in hell"s chance of it ever being regulated.
