I'm not a guy who's ever been really fit.
I'm a big fella, 6 4 or thereby, and I've always packed more than is necessary.
I do a bit of running but, normally, I'll hit the gym maybe three or four mornings a week.
I call my regime "running to stand still" because I eat ........ lots. I love my chuck and normally don't have a great diet.
But having a respectable exercise programme keeps me on the right side of morbid obesity.
Since Covid, the gym's off the table. I believe some gym's are now back in business but because my Missus falls into a "risk" category, I'm keeping away for the foreseeable.
So I'm now trying to up the ante running wise.
Also, the Missus has cut my carbs right down.......low and behold, I've lost 10-12 lbs in a month or so.
I'm still way overweight, but but I'm getting my 5-8k runs in easier and quicker (I count sub 6 minute ks as respectable).
How has everyone else's post Covid regimes panned out?
Just discovered Apple Fitness+. For anyone with an Apple Watch, the one month free trial is a no brainer, the classes are excellent.
