Saw them a couple of times back in the day. Prowsey put Kate and I on their guest list in Newcastle and he let us watch him from his room at the side of the stage. She was in her element! He was interviewed by Janice Long on BBC2 and I sent through a best wishes message. Janice said that was from your Auntie - we had a chuckle about that later. I told Mikey when Bill told me the sad news. I thought that someone who knew her well should break it to the rest of the Lakers. I'd asked Bill if he'd put it on here - he hadn't at that stage.. I shared what Mikey told me about Jackie's husband with Bill ... decisions were to be made today about when things should be posted.
