ACROSS THE BORDER
Where the banned are
I'm currently reading this (yeah, a bit late, but it finally became available at the library). Great read.
I'm a centre left dude politically, which here in Australia means I'm not wedded necessarily to either main political party because our compulsory voting system means both major parties need to largely remain centrist to win the votes of the 70 to 80% middle ground.
But this book reinforces for me that, if I were American, I would be a card carrying Democrat. And not just a passive voter like here, but probably somehow actively involved.
So much to read right now. Rage by Woodward is next. I expect this to be a wonderful read. I am a democrat and I am in the bag big time, but to be honest, I always loved BO almost as much as Bruce himself. Kinda special having the memory of a decent POTUS. I look forward to Biden in his honesty and empathy. We need to correct this trojectory. I hope I am not in trouble for being political out of the political area. But to me, my Bruce obsession always reinforced my political beliefs. I can't imagine it any other way.
I'll buy this. But the first thing I'll do when I get it will be to look in the index to see if Bruce is mentioned. Funny if Bruce is mentioned more than Biden.
Coincidence? I don't think so. He is a fan, so much so he asked Bruce to visit the White House in December 2016, That resulted in the creation of the Broadway show. Wow, cannot wait.
