The tour (and ticket fiasco) has brought me back to the Bruciverse. The lockdown and a new job last year (same employer), meant some changes for me. Among the things that kept me sane, Darkness. Would’ve had thunk it? I have played that album more in the last 12 months than any other Bruce album and almost as much as when I bought it back in ‘81. (I missed out on the oringial glory of ‘78.)
I hope everyone is well.
(I changed my name back to Marilla as the “Willow” thing wasn’t working for me.)
thats the greatest album of all time
its the greatest piece of art i will ever own
its timless
i often think thats kinda sad
the more things change the more they stay the same
I guess if there's good to come out of this tour carry on it's that we've seen a few old compadres pitch up here.
Welcome back!
Beyond the fact that the world is, you know, ending :) is there something specific about Darkness that spoke more to you than his other albums? Did you hear new stuff in it this time round?
Very nice to see you again. X
Oh, and hello, good to see you.
(How rude of me).
Marilla Gorilla was always a classic user name I thought.
