Looking for some input re: switching energy suppliers.
I've finally lost patience with SSE and their shonky practices and absolutely gash customer service.
Any UK peeps got some input?
Green is important, cost is important but my prime consideration is customer service.
I'm sick of listening to holding music for 20 me minutes before getting through to call centre on the other side of the world with someone reading from a script unable to deal with the most basic query.
I've been searching comparison sites, Martin Lewis, Money Supermarket etc.
So far, I'm finding all the ones they pick are absolutely slaughtered on Trustpilot.
